Preliminary programme

Initial version (April 2006)

The final programme of the event will be decided upon:

o The information collection/survey on existing telecenter initiatives (who does what, where, characteristics, main challenges and lessons)

o The outputs of a moderated online discussion that will be held before the event to complete the survey and validate the event agenda (to solicit ideas on critical areas and main focus for the workshop etc)

Day 1 – AM Introduction plenary	o Introduction / welcome o Participants introduction (dynamic) o Workshop methodology o Presentation of the results of the survey o questions and answers

Day 1 - AM Theme 1 and workshops (oriented to analyze the situation)	o Plenary presentation (to introduce workshops that analyze challenges/problems/needs) o questions and answers o 3 working groups o plenary to present groups work
