Community Board selects recipients / their scholarship as basic computer courses

At its meeting on 5 July, the Council selected community / beneficiaries as / as their scholarships (with funds raised by the council) for basic computer courses (course 100% free which includes free hours of practice). Each member / a board proposed three names (he said people in need, who could not afford a course), were placed in a plastic bag and brought out the names.
