The IIBI COODECI to start visit to Technology Transfer

Today we were visited IIBI technical team, led by Dr. Lucia Berigüete in charge of Food Biotechnology Institute of Innovation and Industry (IIBI), to discuss the process spent in the preparation of jams and start planning Technology Transfer.
The meeting was held in the premises of the COODECI, with the participation of members / I of the directive of the Cooperative and the candidates for the COODECI operators, with their hands prepare jams "Sowing Me," a jam that, according said Ms. Beriguete, will "craft, but made with a technical precision that ensures product quality"
It was a very rich, which also made the design flow of our small processing plant and defined the layout of the equipment. And it also came with them some of the equipment to be used for the production of jams, who arrived in ball
presentations of capital. They are expensive equipment purchased under the support provided by the Small Grants Program for the Environment (PPS) and the Inter-American Foundation (IAF).
