Love Letters Contest "Flor de Soursop"

Target audience: Young men and women aged 14 to 25 years in the municipality of Cienaga which may compete in two categories:
Category 1: for young people with computer skills.
Category 2: Youth are not computer literate. Contestants in this category will be given a free mini workshop on basic computer use and e-mail and technical support staff. Awards (winning cards will be posted on the internet)
The best card in Category 1:
First Place:

Second Place:
-20 Hours of free computer use Guanaba.net
-A book of poems
The best card in Category 2:
First Place:

Dates:
Letters should be typed on computer by the participants and e-mailed no later than Tuesday 12 February at 7 pm at the address . There will be received and evaluated letters sent after this date and time.
Awards will be announced on February 14 (Valentine)
Selection Criteria:
The contest will feature a panel to evaluate proposals based on the following criteria by category.
- Contents of the letter. (Which says the letter)
- Writing the letter. (As stated)
- Creativity in the format of the letter (letter shapes, decorations, use of photos or drawings, etc.).
- Spelling.
- It will be appreciated the poetic sense in the letters.
- Be valued using content and phrases peculiar to the culture of the area.
1. Letters should be respectful, be disqualified cards with content that violates decency.
2. The letters do not necessarily should be directed to any particular person or love partner, may also be directed to the mother's love, God, love of friends, the people, their country, and so on. the / as entrants reserve the right to dedicate.

Procedure:
Contestants in category 1:

Must register for the workshop no later than February 5 and attend the workshop to be scheduled after that date.
