Through this we invite you to our Constituent Assembly that is aimed secelebrará leave our cooperative formed for the Development of La Ciénaga (COODECI). It will be held on Monday September 1st at 2:00 pm in The Fountainhead, the C / Duarte (near the beach), La Cienega, prov. Barahona.

The agenda of the Constituent Assembly shall be:

3. Reading and approval of the statutes
4. Creating election commission

6. Delivery of the Management Committee
7. Swearing-in of the new Board of Directors
8. Words IDECOOP representation
9. Signature of the Constitutive Act
