Microenterprise Workshop Management with a Gender Perspective

On November 22, 2007 we had a workshop Microenterprise Management with a Gender Perspective provided by Ms. Ana Victoria Cross and Julia Hernandez MOVE (Dominican Women in Development). This workshop was a continuation of the workshop that provided six months ago, now with the emphasis on women in microenterprises. Especially for women to give information that help to promote actions that affect and change the traditional cultural patterns, to increase gender equality for women, especially in microenterprises.
The idea was that both women and men participated in this workshop, but unfortunately there was only one man who participated in the group of women. However, after the workshop / participants were very enthusiastic and positive / as about what they learned.
