Announcing the inaugural event of the Offer Community Ecotourism "Guan-Bahoruco Oriental Adventures" to be held on Friday August 21. "GuanAventuras" is a community-based ecotourism initiative that combines the enhancement of the attractiveness of the area (mountains, beaches, spectacular views, rivers and waterfalls, popular traditions and knowledge), with the development of accommodation, food, hiking, crafts and guidance, all those offered by the community. "GuanAventuras" is the result of the project "Community Ecotourism in La Ciénaga" Taigüey implemented by the Foundation in the city La Cienaga, Barahona Prov, with support from the Fund for the Development of the French Embassy.
