The Small Business Community Cooperative (PECA) elected its interim policy which will be handled in the future transformation projects agro and ecotourism) Community, met this day Wednesday October 18, 2007, to elect the provisional executive in charge of carrying out the process of incorporation
Transagro Project / Project Ecotourism. Here is the account of this participatory process which strengthens democracy and exercises.
Activity: Meeting to elect the managing committee of the PECA

Purpose: Choose the steering committee of the PECA

Development:
1. Welcome to participants
2. Mr. Alfonso Guevara explained the role of the Management Committee, the steps to take a look elected and assumed the commitment that a person be elected to the Committee.
3. It was agreed to present the methodology for choosing the members of the Management Committee and they agreed that there should be proposed candidates and choose to raise your hand.
4. We proceeded to the election as agreed and the results were as follows:
- Among the assembly 10 candidates were proposed and these should be chosen 5: President, Treasury @ Secretary @, First Voice, Second Voice.
- 17 people were eligible to vote and therefore equivalent to 9 vote majority. The results were as follows.

5. After the voting ended, the participants claimed not to be satisfied with the process because they felt they all had the same chance of being elected as the first names mentioned could have an advantage over the latter.
- The assembly was subjected to the possibility of a new vote on a different methodology and approved the proposal made by Mr. Alfonso Guevara, who was listed candidates 1 to 10, distribute slips to the assembly and could vote for the candidate of their choice just by typing the number of the candidate.

After completion of the process and made known to the elected Management Committee, Mr. Pastor, who was elected as 2nd. Vocal, alleged that from time to time could not attend meetings of the Committee. For this reason, the assembly decided to elect Pastor Fefa as substitute, as the following in order of votes for members.
6. Alfonso Guevara then swore in the members of the Management Committee.
7. Was prescribed the next meeting with the Steering Committee.
8. Refreshments and farewell.
