Cooking Course for women community ecotourism project supported by Spanish Cooperation and Tourism

With the support of the Spanish Cooperation Agency and Sec of Tourism, the foundation Taigüey the framework of the implementation of the ecotourism project with the support of the Fund for the Development of the French Embassy and the collaboration of the Institute of Technical Training Caribbean (IFTC - AECI) Has been given the "Cooking Course Rural" to a group of 25 women with the aim to rescue culinary traditions past and present in a traditional offering visitors a diverse hygiene and quality service a healthy menu. With this course, participants warrant earning power of an associative form contributing to human capital development and social and community / os in the community of "La Cienaga"
