The identification of needs and the general guidelines of the project design have been developed and / or validated in meetings with the (I) Community (o) s which ensures identification with the project. The project will be implemented in partnership with community organizations, existing, established and recognized. The Small Business will be managed entirely by the beneficiaries of the project, the role of management of the project will train, advise and assist, so that / as beneficiaries become protagonists of their own development, contribute to the project empoderamineto and the formation of local social capital
